SEO Expert

We are hiring an experienced International SEO Expert with a strong background in IT and SaaS companies.

This role requires someone who understands:

• Complex B2B buying journeys
• High-ticket SaaS sales cycles
• Multi-country SEO strategy
• US / UK / EU market search behavior

This is not a beginner or local SEO role.

You will be responsible for driving high-intent organic traffic from international markets and contributing directly to pipeline and revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities

1. International SEO Strategy (Must Have)

• Develop SEO strategy for US, UK, EU, and other global markets
• Implement and manage hreflang properly
• Optimize for country-specific intent & search behavior
• Conduct international keyword research
• Build geo-targeted content strategies
• Manage multi-region website structures (ccTLD, subfolder, subdomain)

2. IT / SaaS SEO Expertise (Must Have)

• Optimize solution pages, feature pages, integration pages
• Work on bottom-of-funnel and commercial intent keywords
• Build topic clusters around SaaS use cases
• Align SEO with GTM and product positioning
• Improve demo / free trial conversion pages

3. Technical SEO

• Conduct in-depth technical audits
• Improve crawlability & indexation
• Optimize Core Web Vitals
• Manage structured data & schema implementation
• Improve internal linking architecture
• Handle enterprise-level site structures

4. Authority & Off-Page SEO

• Build high-quality international backlinks
• Execute digital PR campaigns
• Acquire niche-relevant guest posts
• Increase domain authority in competitive markets

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance via GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush
• Monitor rankings across multiple countries
• Measure SEO contribution to MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline
• Present performance reports clearly to leadership

Required Skills

• 4+ years of SEO experience
• Proven experience in IT / SaaS SEO (Mandatory)
• Hands-on International SEO experience (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of technical SEO
• Excellent written & verbal English (Mandatory)
• Ability to create strategy not just execute tasks
• Experience handling competitive global markets

Preferred

• Experience working with US or UK clients
• Knowledge of AEO / AI Search optimization
• Understanding of B2B funnel & demand generation
• Experience with enterprise websites
