Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Expert to manage and optimize the search engine presence of our web properties for all our products — including both dynamic websites with frequent content updates and static sites. The ideal candidate will take ownership of all SEO activities: from technical setup and keyword strategy to content optimization, performance monitoring, and continual improvement. Your primary goal will be to maximize organic search visibility, increase qualified traffic, and ensure our websites maintain top search engine rankings.

Responsibilities:

Technical SEO

  • Define and implement optimized URL structures, canonical tags, redirects, and crawl strategies.
  • Ensure proper indexing and crawling via robots.txt, sitemaps, and structured data/schema markup.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues (e.g., broken links, duplicate content, slow load speeds).
  • Work with developers to optimize site architecture for SEO and ensure mobile-first and Core Web Vitals compliance.

On-Page SEO

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform content strategies and metadata (titles, descriptions, H1s, alt tags).
  • Optimize new and existing website pages — including dynamic content — for target keywords and search intent.
  • Ensure consistent internal linking, content hierarchy, and user-friendly layouts for both users and crawlers.

Off-Page SEO

  • Develop and implement backlink strategies to increase domain authority.
  • Monitor and manage toxic backlinks and ensure compliance with Google’s guidelines.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog to track performance.
  • Set up and monitor SEO KPIs, such as organic traffic, rankings, CTR, bounce rate, and conversions.
  • Provide regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Content & Strategy

  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices in all web content, blog posts, and landing pages.
  • Identify and fill content gaps, monitor competitor content, and contribute to the overall SEO content strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest algorithm changes and industry trends, adapting strategies as needed.

SEO for Dynamic vs. Static Sites

  • Implement SEO best practices for websites with frequent page additions (e.g., e-commerce, blogs, or CMS-driven portals).
  • Maintain optimization of static websites, ensuring long-term ranking performance and indexability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must use AI for suggestions and optimizations
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO strategy and implementation.
  • Deep knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
  • Experience managing SEO for both dynamic and static websites.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  • Familiarity with various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, custom-built).
  • Ability to communicate complex SEO concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience in e-commerce, news/media, or large-scale content sites such as property listings.
  • Background in web development or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of local SEO, international SEO, or multi-language websites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
