SEO Expert (On-Page & Off-Page)

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Expert to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO strategies and will be responsible for improving our organic search visibility, driving traffic, and enhancing SERP rankings across various search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
• Optimize website content, meta tags (titles, descriptions), headers, and internal linking.
• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with the dev team to fix issues (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, etc.).
• Ensure SEO-friendly URL structure and schema markup implementation.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.

Off-Page SEO:

• Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Perform backlink audits and disavow toxic links when necessary.
• Outreach to bloggers, influencers, and media outlets for guest posting and link-building opportunities.
• Monitor competitor backlink profiles and develop plans to stay ahead.
• Promote content via forums, directories, Q&A sites, and other white-hat platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Google Analytics or SEO certification (HubSpot, Yoast, Semrush, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience working with international SEO campaigns is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
