Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SEO Specialist / SEO Expert to join our team for night shift operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both On-Page and Off-Page SEO, with a proven ability to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic, particularly for packaging-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
• Optimize website structure, metadata, and technical SEO elements.
• Implement and manage link-building campaigns and backlink profiles.
• Monitor and analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (On-Page & Off-Page).
• Strong understanding of Google ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience in packaging or e-commerce SEO projects is preferred.
• Must be willing to work night shift (8 PM – 5 AM).

Important Notes

• This is a strictly onsite position — remote applications will not be considered.
• Walk-in / onsite interviews only.
• One-day onsite (unpaid) trial will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
