SEO & Growth Specialist (SaaS Focus + Sales Experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for an SEO expert with hands-on experience in SaaS marketing and sales growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who understands how to drive organic traffic, improve conversion rates, and manage the full customer journey—from discovery to acquisition.

This role requires a mix of technical SEO expertise, strategic marketing insight, and sales management experience to help scale our SaaS product’s visibility and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and keyword rankings.
  • Optimize on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO audits, and content strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the content and product teams to align SEO with brand goals.
  • Manage and track lead generation, conversion funnels, and sales pipelines.
  • Create and monitor performance reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Contribute to sales planning, client outreach, and retention strategies for SaaS customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO strategy and implementation (minimum 3+ years).
  • Experience working with or marketing SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and results clearly.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (content, design, and product).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing or growth hacking.
  • Basic understanding of PPC, social ads, and email marketing automation.
  • Previous experience with CRM management (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
