SEO Guest Post Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Identify high-authority websites for guest posting opportunities
• Perform outreach to publishers, bloggers, and website owners
• Negotiate placements and ensure timely publishing of articles
• Build quality backlinks using white-hat link-building strategies
• Manage guest posting pipeline, follow-ups, and approvals
• Research and shortlist website opportunities with real traffic metrics
• Ensure link quality using Ahrefs / Semrush / Moz metrics
• Coordinate with content writers for article creation
• Track backlinks, maintain Google Sheets, and monitor indexing
• Maintain relationships with editors and webmasters

Skills Required

• Strong experience in guest posting & manual outreach
• Deep knowledge of link-building strategies (white-hat)
• Ability to identify DA/DR metrics and evaluate website quality
• Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Hunter.io, BuzzStream
• Excellent communication skills in English (email outreach)
• Ability to handle multiple outreach campaigns at once
• Knowledge of SEO basics, anchor text strategy, and indexing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Guest Posting or Link Building
• Proven outreach success with published placements
• Experience in Digital Marketing / SEO preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,502.71 - ₹30,679.96 per month
