Job Summary:

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented SEO Intern to support our team in managing multiple client websites. At Digital Orix, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to on-page optimization, keyword research, link building, and analytics reporting across diverse industries — a perfect launchpad for your SEO career in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner.
• Help update meta titles, descriptions, alt tags on client websites.
• Upload and format blogs in WordPress / CMS.
• Track keyword rankings for different clients and prepare reports.
• Maintain and update internal linking maps.
• Collect competitor keyword and backlink data for analysis.
• Help execute local SEO tasks like GMB posting and citation updates.
• Run checks for broken links and 404 errors.
• Compile monthly performance spreadsheets (traffic, rankings).
• Learn to use Google Analytics & Search Console for basic insights.
• Assist in outreach email lists for link building.
• Research latest SEO trends and present ideas in team meetings.
• Support off-page submissions (business directories, forum posts).
• Test page load speed using tools like GTMetrix.
• Keep folders organized with screenshots and audit notes.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of digital marketing and SEO concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good written English for content tweaks.

Nice-to-Have:

• Any internship project / certificate in SEO or digital marketing fundamentals.
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
