The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and curious SEO Intern to join our team. This isn’t a "coffee-running" internship; you will be working on live projects, analyzing real data, and learning the exact strategies we use to rank websites on the first page of Google.

The Career Path

We believe in rewarding growth. This role is a 3 to 6-month internship designed to train you into a professional SEO Specialist.

• Internship Period: Rs. 12,000 – Rs. 15,000 (Based on initial skills).
• Permanent Role: Upon successful completion of the internship, you will be transitioned into a full-time employee with a starting salary of Rs. 30,000 per month.

What You Will Do

• Keyword Strategy: Conduct in-depth research to identify high-value search terms.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize content, meta tags, and internal linking structures.
• Technical SEO: Assist in site audits to fix crawl errors, broken links, and speed issues.
• Off-Page SEO: Learn the art of high-quality link building and digital PR.
• Analytics: Use Google Analytics and Search Console to track performance and user behavior.
• Competitor Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor rankings and strategies.

What We Are Looking For

• A strong interest in Digital Marketing and Search Engines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to handle data.
• Basic understanding of how websites work (HTML/WordPress knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• A "can-do" attitude and a hunger to stay updated with Google’s latest algorithm shifts.
