Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
Paid Advertising:
- Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising) to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and drive improvements.
SEO and Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Execute technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and XML sitemap creation.
- Plan and Execute link-building efforts to increase the website's domain authority and enhance search rankings.
- Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with marketing objectives.
Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Implement strategies to grow and engage the email subscriber base.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and enhance the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the management team to inform decision-making.
Website Management:
- Oversee website performance and user experience, working with web development teams to implement improvements.
- Ensure website content is up-to-date and aligns with marketing goals.
Stay Updated on SEO Trends:
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to continually improve strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including successful management of digital campaigns.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
