Designation : Team Lead SEO

Location : Ahmedabad

Reporting To : CEO

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

Paid Advertising:

  • Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising) to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and drive improvements.

SEO and Content Strategy:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Execute technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and XML sitemap creation.
  • Plan and Execute link-building efforts to increase the website's domain authority and enhance search rankings.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with marketing objectives.

Email Marketing:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Implement strategies to grow and engage the email subscriber base.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and enhance the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team to inform decision-making.

Website Management:

  • Oversee website performance and user experience, working with web development teams to implement improvements.
  • Ensure website content is up-to-date and aligns with marketing goals.

Stay Updated on SEO Trends:

  • Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to continually improve strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including successful management of digital campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
