The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering measurable SEO results for clients and can demonstrate past achievements. You should have a solid SEO philosophy, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead strategy and execution across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SEO team, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Develop and implement advanced Organic SEO strategies for clients.
• Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver data-driven insights.
• Present results and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Work closely with content, development, and design teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital agency.
• Extensive experience in Organic SEO and delivering proven client results.
• Ability to demonstrate and explain past SEO success stories.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid SEO philosophy rooted in best practices and long-term growth.
• Proficient with SEO tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Self-driven and comfortable working fully remote.
