We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Lead to manage and execute the company’s search engine optimization strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic search rankings, increasing website traffic, leading SEO initiatives, and managing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies including LLM Optimization (LLMO), referral marketing, and social media marketing to improve organic visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation across digital platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage on-page SEO activities including meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and URL structure.
- Oversee off-page SEO including backlink building and outreach campaigns.
- Monitor technical SEO aspects such as website speed, crawlability, indexing, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
- Track, analyze, and report website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead and mentor junior SEO team members.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and recommendations for management.
- Improve lead generation and conversion through organic search strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and SEO analytics.
- Hands-on experience with LLM Optimization (LLMO), AI-driven search optimization, and evolving search technologies.
- Experience in referral marketing and social media marketing strategies.
- Expertise in keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink strategies, and content optimization.
- Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs
- SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, website structure, and CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience scaling organic growth for enterprise, SaaS, or high-growth technology brands.
- Strong expertise in AI Search Optimization, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and advanced LLM Optimization (LLMO) strategies.
- Expertise in competitive intelligence, market trend analysis, and identifying untapped organic growth opportunities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and convert insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO automation, predictive analytics, and emerging search technologies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, development, product, and content teams in fast-paced environments.
