SEO Manager

Linkbuffer Studios is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and experienced SEO Manager to lead and elevate our SEO efforts. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic growth, improve search engine rankings, and maximize ROI for our clients.

You’ll manage a team of SEO specialists and collaborate closely with content creators, web developers, and digital marketers to ensure all initiatives align with client objectives and the latest search engine guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives and specialists.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
• Oversee optimization of website structure, content, metadata, and internal linking.
• Drive link-building initiatives and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with content, web development, and paid media teams to align cross-functional efforts.
• Create and present SEO performance reports and strategy plans to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4+ years of proven experience in a similar SEO leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
• Strong working knowledge of WordPress and SEO plugins (especially RankMath, Yoast, etc.).
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Proficiency with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and others.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact SEO.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing multiple SEO campaigns across diverse industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
