Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights to optimize web presence.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Plan and execute link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions).
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry practices.
- Mentor and guide junior SEO executives in day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of proven SEO experience, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial/lead role.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO (site architecture, mobile optimization, page speed).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
