SEO Manager

Scorpius Technology is hiring an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO team and drive results for client projects. This role requires someone with strong technical knowledge, proven leadership, and a track record of improving website rankings and organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page & technical).
• Manage, guide, and mentor a team of SEO executives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
• Track website performance and prepare SEO reports.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams.
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and SEO trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/IT or related field (preferred).
• 4–6 years of SEO experience (with 1–2 years in a managerial role).
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
