SEO Manager

We’re looking for a seasoned SEO Manager with strong analytical skills and proven experience in leading SEO strategies across multiple clients and industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing organic growth strategies to drive high-quality traffic and improve search engine rankings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple client accounts, tailored to their business objectives.

● Conduct in-depth keyword research, competition analysis, and identify opportunities for content and technical improvements.

● Perform regular SEO audits (technical, on-page, and off-page) and provide clear action plans.

● Collaborate with the content team to ensure keyword alignment, content quality, and topical authority.

● Coordinate with developers/designers to implement technical SEO fixes (Core Web Vitals, site architecture, mobile-friendliness, etc.)

● Manage local SEO efforts (Google Business Profile, local citations, NAP consistency).

● Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

● Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, industry trends, and SEO best practices.

● Provide monthly and quarterly SEO reports with actionable insights.

● Train and mentor junior SEO executives or interns if needed.

Requirements:
● 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in a digital agency environment.

● Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.

● Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

● Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript from an SEO perspective.

● Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, etc.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain SEO concepts to clients.

● Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
