SEO Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment. The ideal candidate must be up to date with the latest AI-driven trends in SEO, including how artificial intelligence impacts search algorithms, content strategies, and user behavior.

This is a Work from Office role based in Hyderabad, and agency experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings

Stay current with and apply AI-driven SEO trends, including generative search experiences (SGE), machine learning algorithms, and semantic search

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits

Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, URLs, headings, internal linking) and off-page strategies (link building, outreach, etc.)

Monitor and analyze site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with SEO and AI-driven search behaviors

Create clear, actionable reports and performance summaries for stakeholders and clients

Ensure all SEO activities align with the latest search engine guidelines and updates

Key Skills Required:

Strong expertise in SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, technical)

In-depth understanding of how AI is impacting SEO (e.g., Google's AI search updates, SGE, RankBrain, BERT, MUM)

Familiarity with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, etc.

Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Strong communication and project management skills

Proven success in managing SEO for multiple clients in an agency setting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
