- Oversee technical SEO: site speed, indexing, internal linking, crawl issues
- Handle on-page SEO: content optimization, meta tags, schema, keyword mapping
- Lead off-page strategies: link-building campaigns, guest posts, partnerships, PR backlinks
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead conversions
- Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Perform regular SEO audits and fix gaps
- Stay on top of Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with web devs, designers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO-first implementation
Must-Have Skills
- 4+ years of proven SEO experience
- Strong command of both on-page and off-page SEO
- Hands-on with technical SEO (basic HTML, sitemaps, redirects, etc.)
- Experience managing teams and delegating tasks with accountability
- Strong understanding of keyword research, topical authority, and clustering
- Comfortable with reporting, tools, and communicating with stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience working across multiple brands or startups
- Prior experience in local SEO or niche directories
- Exposure to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or custom CMS setups
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO and app store optimization (ASO)
Tools You Should Know

- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest
- Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, GTMetrix, PageSpeed Insights

What You’ll Get

- Competitive salary + performance bonus
- Work directly with leadership and core team
- Opportunity to grow into Head of SEO / Growth
