- Content creation: Write, design, and produce engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with the brand's voice and values.
- Community management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.
- Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices to keep the strategy current.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments like design, marketing, and PR to ensure a cohesive brand message across all marketing efforts.
- Brand reputation: Manage and monitor the company's online reputation, ensuring brand consistency and a positive image.
Qualifications:
- Diploma, Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in SEO execution.
- Proficient in SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
