Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager with at least 4 years of proven experience to lead our search engine optimization strategy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, analytics, and link-building to drive measurable organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements for site performance, speed, and crawlability.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking.
- Plan and manage ethical link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for SEO-friendly content creation.
- Track SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) and prepare actionable reports.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithms, trends, and emerging SEO tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SEO management with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Preferred: Experience in SaaS/tech/agency, international SEO, CRO, and AI-assisted SEO tools.
