SEO Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven SEO Manager with a proven ability to rank pages fast and drive high-impact organic growth. The ideal candidate is experienced in competitive SEO, comfortable executing rapid changes, and able to identify ranking opportunities that deliver results within weeks—not months.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fast-impact SEO strategies that improve rankings quickly.
• Perform deep keyword research, competitive analysis, and topic clustering.
• Identify and implement quick wins: internal linking improvements, CTR enhancements, on-page optimizations, etc.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and work with developers to fix indexing, speed, Core Web Vitals, and crawl issues.
• Create SEO-optimized content briefs and guide writers to produce high-ranking content.
• Implement schema markup and structured data to improve SERP visibility.
• Oversee ethical, effective link-building strategies including digital PR and outreach.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Report weekly on progress, opportunities, and results.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven fast-ranking results.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Demonstrated success ranking competitive keywords quickly (case studies a plus).
• Proficiency with tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer/Frase.
• Strong understanding of search intent, content structure, and semantic SEO.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with writers, developers, and leadership.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with CRO and UX improvements that support SEO.
• Experience building topical authority and content clusters.
• Knowledge of local SEO and GBP optimization.

• Identify priority pages and deliver substantial ranking improvements.
• Fix all major technical SEO issues slowing down page performance.
• Implement a repeatable SEO framework for fast ranking boosts.
• Show measurable increases in keyword positions, impressions, and organic traffic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
