About the Role

As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for driving ICT’s online visibility, organic search growth, and digital brand presence. You will develop and execute SEO strategies, optimize website performance, and support online lead generation initiatives across ICT’s digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights.
• Optimize website architecture, content, and metadata for search performance.
• Monitor technical SEO issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link-building.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or similar tools.
• Create SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams on SEO-driven content.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Ensure all SEO practices align with ICT’s digital and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or relevant field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in SEO management.
• Proficient with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, web structure, and ranking factors.
• Experience in B2B or IT-related SEO is a plus.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS (advantage).
• Strong collaboration skills in remote work environments.

Pay: Rs56,000.00 - Rs73,000.00 per month
