About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Manager to lead our search engine

optimization efforts and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding

of both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, technical SEO, content optimization, and analytics to

enhance our online visibility and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to identify

growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are

integrated into all digital campaigns.

On-Page Optimization

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for target keywords.
• Improve site structure, internal linking, and content hierarchy for maximum visibility.
• Monitor and enhance website speed, mobile usability, and overall technical performance.

Off-Page Optimization

• Build and manage a strong backlink profile through ethical link-building strategies.
• Collaborate with content creators and PR teams to generate high-quality backlinks.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyse, and report SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions).
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to assess

and improve SEO performance.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor junior SEO specialists or interns.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or any specialization in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing roles.
• Strong expertise in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs,

Screaming Frog, etc.

• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Experience with HTML/CSS, website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), and

technical SEO audits.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing large-scale SEO projects or e-commerce websites.
• Knowledge of content marketing and PPC integration.
• Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and automation techniques.
• Certification in Google Analytics or SEO (preferred but not mandatory).
