SEO Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead and execute our search engine optimization strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, keyword research, and analytics. This role requires a data-driven professional who can improve organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and enhance overall search performance across multiple digital properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and work closely with development teams to resolve issues affecting website performance.
  • Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, and content for search engine visibility.
  • Manage and execute on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, including link-building campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives.
  • Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs, rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO techniques.
  • Develop and mentor junior SEO team members when required.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align SEO objectives with overall business goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO management.
  • Proven track record of improving organic traffic, keyword rankings, and search visibility.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, schema markup, site speed optimization, mobile-first indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Expertise with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing SEO for e-commerce, SaaS, or high-traffic websites.
  • Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO strategies.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and content marketing.
  • Relevant SEO certifications are a plus.
