Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute SEO activities to improve website visibility, traffic, and search rankings.

Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.

Support the organization’s transition from traditional SEO towards GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-led search optimization strategies.

Monitor developments in AI search, conversational search engines, and Agentic Commerce trends, and identify opportunities for the business.

Coordinate and manage tasks between SEO / Digital agencies and internal IT teams to ensure timely implementation of SEO recommendations.

Work closely with content, marketing, and technical teams to optimize website structure, content, and performance.

Track, analyse, and report SEO KPIs including organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and user behaviour.

Develop dashboards, reports, and analysis using advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Create professional presentations and project updates using Microsoft PowerPoint.
-
Prepare regular progress updates and performance presentations for management using simple, non-technical language.

Stay updated with the latest SEO, AI search, and digital marketing best practices.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of practical SEO experience

Strong hands-on expertise in Google Analytics

Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, technical SEO, and evolving GEO/AI search concepts

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel including reporting, formulas, data analysis, and dashboards

Strong presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint

Ability to coordinate effectively between agencies, developers, and internal stakeholders

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics in simple and clear business language for non-technical stakeholders
