Job Description:

XLNC Exotic is looking for a skilled and motivated SEO Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and optimizing digital performance for US-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking
• Build quality backlinks and manage outreach activities
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
• Track rankings, traffic, and prepare regular SEO reports
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO (Freshers with strong knowledge may apply)
• Good understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of content optimization and link-building strategies
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Night Shift (US Timings) – Mandatory
• Candidates not comfortable or not available for night shifts should not apply
