As an SEO Outreach & Guest Posting Specialist, you will not just be sending emails; you will be selling. Your primary goal is to persuade website editors, bloggers, and content managers to host our clients' content. This role requires the mindset of a closer—you must be comfortable with cold outreach, overcoming objections, negotiating placement fees, and securing high-value wins for our agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Sales & Outreach: Execute high-volume, targeted email campaigns to editors and site owners. Use persuasive communication to turn prospects into publishing partners.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations on placement pricing and placement terms. You are responsible for securing the best value and ensuring the deal is closed efficiently.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline. Track every interaction, follow-up, and closed deal in our internal systems.
- Relationship Development: Build long-term, profitable relationships with high-authority website owners and editors to create a recurring inventory of placement opportunities.
- Performance Reporting: Take ownership of your daily and weekly outreach metrics, ensuring your conversion rates consistently meet our growth targets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: You have a track record of selling services, products, or subscriptions. You understand the mechanics of a sales funnel, from lead generation to the "close."
