SEO Specialist

Job description:

Globe Call Centre is looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving search visibility, driving organic traffic, and optimizing multiple web platforms using modern SEO strategies and AI-driven tools.

You will collaborate closely with developers, AI engineers, designers, and content teams to execute data-driven SEO initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits
• Optimize meta tags, content, internal linking, and site structure
• Improve website performance, Core Web Vitals, and UX
• Develop and manage backlink strategies
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions)
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO trends
• Ensure compliance with Google Webmaster Guidelines
• Support SEO for marketing campaigns and product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of SEO experience (preferably in tech)
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page & technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (GSC, GA, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Laravel, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-based SEO tools or automation
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Schema Markup, structured data
• Understanding of content marketing & social SEO
• Experience with international SEO or multi-domain projects

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
