SEO Outreach Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Email Outreach: Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end email outreach campaigns including cold outreach, lead nurturing, and partnership proposals.

Link Building: Identify and secure high-quality backlinks through free and paid guest posting, sponsored posts, and content collaborations.

Content Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with bloggers, publishers, and influencers to create co-marketing opportunities.

List Building & Segmentation: Research, build, and maintain targeted outreach lists with effective segmentation for personalized communication.

Pitching: Write persuasive outreach emails, guest post pitches, and partnership proposals to maximize response rates.

Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as open rate, CTR, backlink acquisition, and domain authority improvements; provide data-driven recommendations.

SEO Support: Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to align outreach with keyword strategy, link-building plans, and overall marketing goals.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

1–3 years of proven experience in email outreach, link building, or digital PR.

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.

Experience with SEO and outreach tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Mailshake).

Excellent written communication and email etiquette skills.

Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and partnerships simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with content marketing, guest posting, and sponsored posts.

Familiarity with CRM systems and email automation platforms.

Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
