SEO Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Outreach Specialist with proven experience in SaaS link-building to strengthen our off-page SEO efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high-quality link-building campaigns, building relationships with relevant publishers, and improving domain authority through ethical and scalable outreach strategies. This role requires close collaboration with SEO and content teams to support long-term organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective link-building strategies specifically for SaaS and B2B products
• Identify and evaluate high-authority, relevant backlink opportunities, including blogs, SaaS directories, and industry publications
• Conduct personalized and strategic email outreach for:
• Guest posting opportunities
• Link insertions (niche edits)
• Strategic partnerships and digital PR initiatives
• Collaborate with content and SEO teams to align outreach efforts with overall content and keyword strategy
• Secure backlinks through multiple channels, including:
• Guest posts
• Niche edits
• SaaS review platforms and directories
• Resource page placements
• Monitor backlink profiles to ensure quality, relevance, and compliance with Google guidelines
• Identify, remove, or disavow toxic or low-quality backlinks when required
• Track, analyze, and report link-building performance using SEO tools
• Stay informed about Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and SaaS industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in SaaS link building (B2B experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including:
• Domain Authority (DA), Domain Rating (DR)
• Anchor text optimization
• Link velocity and backlink relevance
• Practical experience with SEO tools such as:
• Ahrefs
• SEMrush
• Moz
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for personalized and effective outreach
• Ability to assess backlink quality and avoid black-hat or spammy SEO practices
• Strong organizational, reporting, and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international SaaS brands
• Familiarity with digital PR and content-led link-building strategies
• Understanding of analytics and performance-driven SEO campaigns
