Position: SEO & Paid Ads Specialist

Job-Type: Remote (Full-Time)

Timings: 6:00 PM-2:00 AM (Mon-Sat)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and website content updates for a portfolio of SMB clients for one of our key international clients to help manage small and mid-sized businesses grow through SEO, Google & Meta Ads and website content.

This is an execution-focused role. You will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining campaigns and site updates. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, Google and Meta Ads, and data-driven marketing to enhance the client’s brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement end-to-end social media ad strategies across platforms such as Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client: assess needs, communicate strategy, and provide regular performance updates.

· Track campaign performance, conduct competitor research, and optimize strategies using insights and analytics.

· Maintain the brand identify, including documentation of brand voice, product capabilities and projected image.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams, including design, creative, performance marketing, and tech, to deliver cohesive campaigns.

· Write SEO-optimized blog posts and ensure all digital content adheres to SEO best practices to enhance search engine visibility.

· Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to generate reports and refine marketing strategies.

· Manage Apollo and Go High Level email outreach campaigns, including prospect list management, customized messaging, and tracking engagement.

· Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, maintain engagement, and identify opportunities for upselling or collaboration.

· Manage a portfolio of multiple SMB clients simultaneously while maintaining performance and communication standards.

Requirements & Skills:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective interaction with international clients.

· Proven experience in SEO and Ads management and digital marketing.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.

· Creative content creation skills for diverse audiences and regions.

· Ability to analyze social media trends, track competitor strategies, and provide actionable insights.

· Strong client management and relationship-building skills.

· Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently while working independently in a remote team environment.

· Client facing sales and / or customer support experience is required.

Experience & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 2–3 years of experience in SEO, Google and Meta Ads.

· Solid understanding of SEO, social media trends, and content marketing strategies.

· Familiarity with ads management and analytics tools.

· Experience with email outreach

· Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
