SEO & Paid Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SEO & Paid Marketing Specialist who can generate leads through a combination of organic SEO strategies, content optimization, and paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving website visibility, driving high-quality traffic, and turning that traffic into leads for brands.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
• Perform keyword research and optimize website content for better search rankings.
• Create and manage engaging blog/content strategies to attract organic traffic.
• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO and paid campaign performance.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and paid media practices.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to align strategies with brand goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO (technical + content-driven strategies).
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid advertising platforms.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, link building, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Content writing and optimization skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads through a mix of organic SEO and paid marketing.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
