SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist
About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven SEO and Performance Marketing Specialist with having 2 to 3 years of experience & who will own our organic and paid acquisition strategy from the ground up. You'll be responsible for keyword research that drives our content strategy, on-page optimization that converts traffic, and managing high-ROI campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
What You'll Do
SEO Strategy & Execution (60%)
- Keyword Research & Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-intent B2B SaaS search opportunities
- Develop keyword clusters aligned with buyer journey stages (awareness, consideration, decision)
- Prioritize keywords based on search volume, difficulty, and business impact
- Create monthly keyword targeting roadmaps for the content team
- On-Page Optimization
- Lead technical SEO audits and implement fixes (site speed, crawlability, schema markup, mobile optimization)
- Optimize existing pages for target keywords (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking)
- Develop on-page SEO guidelines and train content team on best practices
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and page experience signals
- Content Direction & Collaboration
- Provide detailed SEO briefs to content creators (target keywords, search intent, content structure, word count)
- Review and optimize all content pre-publication for SEO best practices
- Identify content gaps through competitor analysis and search trends
- Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with SEO priorities
- Performance Tracking
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics in Google Analytics 4 & Search Console
- Conduct regular SEO audits and competitive analysis
- Report on SEO ROI and pipeline contribution monthly
Performance Marketing (40%)
- Google Ads Management
- Build, launch, and optimize Google Search and Display campaigns
- Conduct keyword research for PPC and maintain negative keyword lists
- Write compelling ad copy and test variations for maximum CTR
- Manage bidding strategies and budget allocation across campaigns
- Implement conversion tracking and optimize for pipeline metrics (MQLs, SQLs, demos)
- Meta Ads Management
- Create and manage Facebook and LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting B2B audiences
- Develop audience segments and lookalike audiences based on ICP
- Design A/B tests for creative, copy, and landing pages
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for cost-per-lead and CAC
- Landing Page Optimization
- Collaborate with design to create high-converting landing pages
- Implement CRO best practices and run A/B tests
- Ensure seamless tracking and attribution across all campaigns
- Budget Management & Reporting
- Manage monthly paid media budget across channels
- Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights
- Calculate and optimize for CAC, LTV:CAC ratio, and ROAS

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
