SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Management: Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility.
• Content Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize website content for better rankings.
• Content Writing: Write engaging blog posts, website copy and compelling social media captions.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor website performance using standard SEO and analytics tools.
• Paid Campaigns: Assist in planning, managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) awareness campaigns.
• Ad Copy & Optimization: Write persuasive ad copy and help optimize ongoing campaign performance.
• Reporting: Track digital campaign results and prepare basic performance reports.
• Email Marketing: Plan, create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
• Industry Insights: Stay consistently updated with the latest digital marketing and SEO trends.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, content writing, or digital marketing.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic, foundational knowledge of SEO principles, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Communication: Exceptionally strong communication and content-writing skills.
• Preferred Skill: Familiarity with WordPress is a major plus.

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

• DHA Phase 6, Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
