About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive SEO Project Coordinator with strong communication skills and experience in managing Digital Marketing projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of coordinating between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution, timely delivery, and quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage SEO and digital marketing projects from planning to delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (SEO, content, design, development, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
• Support the SEO team with keyword research, reporting, and performance tracking when needed.
• Communicate project updates, insights, and performance reports to clients.
• Work closely with the management team to improve project workflows and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing project coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good understanding of SEO, digital marketing concepts, and tools.
• Ability to handle client communication professionally and maintain strong relationships.
• Experience using project management and reporting tools.
• Must be available for an onsite role in Mohali.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,095.07 - ₹47,068.52 per month
