Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through approved communication channels.
• Introduce company SEO and digital marketing services to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about services.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments and meetings with interested prospects.
• Build positive relationships with potential clients.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Learn about SEO, digital marketing, and industry best practices through company training.

Requirements

• Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in speaking with customers and prospects.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
