SEO & SMM Executive

Bitsclan IT Solutions is seeking for a dynamic and strategic SEO & Social Media Manamgement Executive who:
Develops and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimizations.
Optimize website conversion rates (CRO) to enhance user experience and increase sales/leads.
Plan, create, and run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to maximize conversions.
Analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tracking tools.
Develop and execute social media marketing (SMM) strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Work closely with content creators and designers to align digital marketing efforts.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in SEO, CRO, paid advertising, and social media marketing.
Proven experience in SEO, CRO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
Understanding of website optimization, A/B testing, and marketing funnel strategies.
Ability to create and manage high-converting ad campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
