Experience & Core Skills
- 2–3 years of professional experience managing brand social media platforms
- Ability to create and manage content for B2B, technical, B2C, and creative industries
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
- Strong ability to create captions, post ideas, reels concepts, carousels, hashtags, and campaign messaging
- Basic design skills using tools like Canva
- Understanding of brand voice, consistency, and visual identity
Strategy & Content Execution
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage monthly content calendars
- Knowledge of platform algorithms, best posting practices, and audience behaviour
- Strong understanding of trend-based content, reels, short videos, and engagement formats
- Ability to conceptualize and execute B2B thought-leadership campaigns, product-focused content, and creative campaigns
- Experience conducting competitor analysis to identify content opportunities
- Capability to manage multiple accounts if required
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.)
- Ability to track KPIs and create performance reports
- Skills in optimizing content based on insights and analytics
- Familiarity with social scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Planner
- Basic video editing skills and use of Canva
Execution & Coordination
- Ability to support or coordinate on-ground shoots and basic video capture
- Experience working with designers, content writers, and internal teams
- Understanding of how social media aligns with marketing funnels and business goals
