SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value terms for both short and long-tail keywords within the real estate sector.
• Optimize on-page content including property listings, blogs, landing pages, and other site content for target keywords.
• Perform technical SEO audits, implement changes, and optimize the website for performance (page speed, mobile optimization, schema markup, etc.).
• Collaborate with the content and development teams to optimize new and existing pages and content.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, rankings, and SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices, particularly in the real estate domain.
• Work with external vendors or agencies on backlinking campaigns and other off-page SEO strategies.
• Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and adjust accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Build and implement strategies to enhance local SEO for real estate listings and office locations.
• Track and analyze lead conversions to measure SEO effectiveness on lead generation and sales growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in SEO, preferably in the real estate industry or a similar competitive field.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, similar SEO tools.
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, and local SEO strategies.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and create actionable SEO strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with real estate website optimization and knowledge of IDX integration is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to SEO.
