SEO Specialist

We’re looking for a results-oriented SEO Specialist with 1–3 years of practical experience to take ownership of our search presence and help our brand reach the right audience. In this role, you’ll plan and execute strategies that boost organic visibility, improve rankings, and drive high-quality traffic across search engines and online platforms. You’ll work closely with content, design, and development teams to keep our website technically sound and rich with content that performs.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

• Plan & Execute SEO Strategies: Develop and roll out actionable plans to increase search rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
• On-Page Optimization: Research keywords, craft meta tags, refine content, strengthen internal linking, and implement structured data for maximum impact.
• Off-Page & Link Building: Lead outreach campaigns, secure high-quality backlinks, and manage ongoing backlink audits to maintain a strong domain profile.
• Technical SEO: Improve site crawlability, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile friendliness to meet search engine standards.
• E-commerce SEO: Manage Shopify, WordPress, and custom-built sites, including Google Merchant Centre optimization.
• Local SEO: Optimize Google Business Profiles, directory listings, and geo-targeting for better local visibility.
• Video & YouTube SEO: Implement strategies to increase discoverability and ranking of video content.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyse performance in tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and deliver weekly insights to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven SEO work, ideally in digital marketing, product promotion, or IT services.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SEO principles, ranking factors, and best practices; hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Paid Search Knowledge: Familiarity with managing and optimizing Google Ads, Bing Ads, or social media ad campaigns is a plus.
• Web Fundamentals: Basic HTML/CSS and a solid grasp of website architecture and optimization.
• Soft Skills: Analytical thinker with excellent communication skills, able to translate data into clear action plans.
