About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing SEO strategies to drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices and have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend identification.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for better rankings.
• Manage on-page SEO including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Execute off-page SEO strategies including backlink building and outreach campaigns.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements (site speed, mobile optimization, indexation, etc.).
• Track, analyze, and report website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
