Role Overview
We’re hiring a Social Media Marketing Specialist (Female) to lead strategy and execution across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will develop social media strategies, create engaging campaigns, and drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, and conversions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, create, and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives, videos, and campaigns.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Build relationships with influencers and manage collaborations.
• Run, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Track KPIs, analyze results, and prepare performance reports with recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications (preferred).
• 1–2 years proven experience in social media marketing & strategy.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and ad platforms.
• Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with attention to detail.
