SEO Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that increase our website’s organic visibility, drive quality traffic, and improve search rankings across major search engines. This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, creative, and up to date with the latest SEO trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities aligned with business goals.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, and internal linking structures for improved visibility.
• Perform technical SEO audits, identify issues, and work closely with developers to implement fixes.
• Build and execute link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority and referral traffic.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports, highlight key insights, and recommend actions.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proven track record of improving rankings and driving organic traffic.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or ERPNext is a plus).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with local SEO and Arabic language SEO is an added advantage.

AI & SEO Tools: Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools (e.g., Surfer SEO, Clearscope, Frase, ChatGPT for content briefs) to scale optimization efficiently).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
