Position Overview

The SEO Specialist will play a key role in optimizing ITDbay.com for search engines and users alike. This position requires a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to analyze data, create actionable insights, and execute optimization strategies that increase organic traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify growth opportunities across product categories and content pages.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and URLs for improved search performance.
• Develop and implement link-building campaigns and digital outreach strategies.
• Audit the website regularly to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawl errors, indexation, schema, site speed, etc.).
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics, traffic, and rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure all content follows SEO best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and digital marketing developments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of 5-6 years as an SEO Specialist, SEO Analyst, or similar role (preferably in eCommerce or IT industries).
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, React and website CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Magento).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a strong working experience in USA market.
• Experience with Google Merchant is a must.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with eCommerce SEO and product page optimization.
• Familiarity with content marketing, schema markup, and structured data.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX).
• Knowledge of PPC and Google Ads (a plus).
