SEO SPECIALIST

Job Summary:

Yarbo is looking for an experienced and creative SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing Yarbo’s presence in the North American and European markets. Your main responsibilities will include SEO article writing, establishing and managing blogger affiliate collaborations, and optimizing SEO strategies to improve brand exposure, drive website traffic, and achieve SEO goals for both key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Article Writing:

￮ Write high-quality SEO-optimized content related to Yarbo’s products and brand, specifically for North American and European markets. This includes blog posts, product pages, industry analysis, user guides, and technical documentation.

￮ Create in-depth articles with industry insights and technical analysis, providing valuable information to users and enhancing product understanding.

￮ Conduct thorough keyword research and write content that targets those keywords while ensuring high search engine rankings and user engagement.

￮ Publish a set number of SEO articles per month, ensuring they are optimized and aligned with SEO best practices to boost brand visibility and website traffic.

2. Blogger Affiliate Collaboration & Outreach:

￮ Identify and establish partnerships with bloggers, content creators, and influencers in North America and Europe to promote Yarbo’s products and content.

￮ Develop and manage performance-based affiliate marketing programs (e.g., CPA, CPS) with bloggers to drive product recommendations and conversions.

￮ Regularly engage with bloggers to optimize ongoing collaborations, providing feedback and adjusting strategies to increase traffic and sales.

￮ Track the performance of affiliate campaigns, ensuring that goals for traffic, engagement, and conversions are met.

3. SEO Performance Analysis & Reporting:

￮ Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others to monitor SEO performance, including article rankings, website traffic, backlink growth, and affiliate outcomes.

￮ Prepare monthly SEO performance reports, highlighting key metrics like traffic changes, keyword rankings, backlink progress, and conversion rates.

￮ Based on data analysis, adjust and optimize existing SEO strategies, including content updates, keyword adjustments, and on-page SEO improvements to achieve business objectives.

4. Multilingual and Regional SEO Optimization:

￮ Implement localized SEO strategies tailored to North American and European markets, considering language differences, cultural preferences, and regional trends.

￮ Ensure proper use of Hreflang tags for regional page optimization, improving the user experience and search engine performance across various regions.

￮ Regularly analyze and adjust SEO tactics to address specific market needs and ensure high rankings and user engagement in different territories.

Requirements:

1. Education:

￮ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation, Robotics, or a related field.

2. Experience:

￮ At least 2 years of experience in SEO optimization, with a strong focus on North American and European markets.

￮ Proven experience in SEO article writing and blogger affiliate collaboration.

￮ Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and SEO strategy development.

3. Skills:

￮ Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO.

￮ Excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce SEO-optimized content that ranks well in search engines.

￮ Proficient in managing blogger and influencer affiliate partnerships.

￮ Familiar with HTML/CSS basics and able to collaborate with the development team to resolve SEO-related technical issues.

4. Other Requirements:

￮ Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills, particularly for North American and European markets.

￮ Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
