Location: Karachi (On-site, Work from Office)
Schedule: Night Shift – 8 AM to 5 PM Houston Time (6 PM to 3 AM Karachi Time)

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, all-rounder SEO Specialist who can manage the full spectrum of SEO—on-page, off-page, technical, content strategy, and analytics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, keeps up with Google’s evolving guidelines, and knows how to adapt strategies for both traditional SEO and the new AI-driven search landscape.

As an SEO Specialist, you'll be expected to optimize for both traditional search engines like Google, as well as emerging AI platforms and generative answer engines like ChatGPT, Bard, and other AI-based search systems.

Responsibilities

• On-Page SEO: Optimize site structure, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content layout.
• Off-Page SEO: Build and manage high-quality backlinks, conduct competitor backlink analysis, and grow domain authority.
• Technical SEO: Ensure Core Web Vitals, crawlability, site speed, indexing, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
• Content SEO: Collaborate with writers to produce people-first, EEAT-compliant content, structured for both Google and AI-based answer engines.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and industry tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.), delivering actionable insights.
• AI-Ready SEO: Prepare content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)—making sure our brand stays visible in AI-powered search results.
• Stay on top of the latest Google updates, algorithm changes, and SEO innovations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven, hands-on SEO experience across all areas (on-page, off-page, technical, content, analytics).
• Strong knowledge of Google Search algorithms, Core Web Vitals, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).
• Experience with schema markup, structured data, and AI-driven optimization techniques.
• Ability to manage full SEO campaigns end-to-end with measurable results.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work during night shift hours (Karachi time 6 PM – 3 AM).

Hiring Process
After applying on Indeed, shortlisted candidates will receive a WhatsApp call for a brief initial interview. This call can take place anytime between 8 AM to 5 PM Houston Time (6 PM to 3 AM Karachi Time).
Candidates will be required to research our company and complete a short online assessment test as part of the selection process.
Selected candidates will then be invited to a second interview on Zoom.
