Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive to manage and execute SEO strategies specifically for US and international clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving organic search visibility, traffic, and conversions across global markets. This role requires a deep understanding of international SEO, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices, along with strong communication skills to interact with overseas clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored for US and international markets.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research with a focus on geo-specific targeting (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
- Perform on-page SEO: meta tags, schema, internal linking, site structure optimization, and content recommendations.
- Manage off-page SEO/link building campaigns aligned with global best practices.
- Handle technical SEO audits: site speed, crawlability, indexing issues, mobile optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO guidelines are implemented.
- Track and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithms and competitor strategies in international markets.
- Create monthly SEO performance reports for clients and present insights/recommendations.
- Work closely with US/overseas clients to understand business goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of proven SEO experience (preferably with US/international clients).
- Strong expertise in international SEO (hreflang tags, geo-targeting, multilingual/multiregional strategies).
- In-depth knowledge of Google ranking algorithms, on-page & off-page optimization.
- Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
- Experience in WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of technical SEO (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, site structure, XML sitemaps).
- Ability to create and present client-facing reports with actionable insights.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (must be able to interact directly with US clients).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B and B2C SEO campaigns for international industries.
- Knowledge of local SEO for US businesses (Google Business Profile, citations, reviews).
- Familiarity with content marketing & PPC coordination.
- Experience in managing a small SEO team or mentoring juniors.
