About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented SEO Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in driving organic growth for custom software development or IT service companies. The ideal candidate is someone who not only understands SEO technically and strategically but is also willing to go the extra mile—experimenting, analyzing, and continuously optimizing for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings and drive qualified traffic.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation to guide content and link-building strategies.
• Optimize existing website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search intent, crawlability, and performance.
• Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during website updates or new page builds.
• Perform SEO audits regularly and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Manage and monitor SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or equivalent.
• Plan and execute backlink outreach campaigns to enhance domain authority and organic visibility.
• Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics, conversions, and performance KPIs.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and emerging digital growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in a software development or technology company.
• Strong understanding of Google algorithms, SERP analysis, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
• Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
