The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with deep expertise in local search optimization to join our established in-house marketing team. You'll play a critical role in driving organic traffic to our brick-and-mortar treatment facilities across multiple states, helping individuals and families find our programs when they need them most. You'll collaborate with our web development, creative, graphic design, and social media teams within a fully built-out agency environment.

What You'll Do

• Local SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive local SEO strategies to drive traffic and leads to our treatment facilities in multiple markets
• Google Business Profile Management: Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles across all locations, including posts, reviews, Q&A, photos, and local attributes
• Local Citations & Listings: Build and maintain consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone) data across directories, aggregators, and industry-specific platforms
• Technical SEO: Conduct technical audits and implement on-site optimizations including site architecture, schema markup, page speed, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and indexation
• On-Page SEO: Optimize content, meta data, internal linking structures, and keyword targeting to improve organic rankings and user experience
• Link Building: Develop and execute ethical, white-hat link building strategies to increase domain authority and local relevance
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to identify keyword opportunities and guide SEO-driven content creation
• Analytics & Reporting: Track organic performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools; deliver regular reporting and actionable insights
• AI & Search Evolution: Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving search landscape, including AI-driven search (Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.), and develop strategies to maintain visibility as user search behavior shifts
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities to gain market share

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of SEO experience with a strong emphasis on local SEO for multi-location businesses
• Expert-level knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization and local search ranking factors
• Proven success driving organic traffic to brick-and-mortar locations
• Strong technical SEO skills , including experience with site audits, schema implementation, and Core Web Vitals optimization
• Demonstrated link building expertise using ethical, sustainable strategies
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, BrightLocal, or similar platforms
• Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and articulate a clear vision for SEO in the age of AI and evolving search behavior
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or regulated industries is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
