JOB SUMMARY

The SEO Expert will lead the strategy to maximize organic visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI answer engines. This role blends advanced technical audits, AI prompt engineering, and multimodal content strategy to drive qualified traffic and revenue. Key Responsibilities

  • AI Search & GEO Strategy: Optimize content for AI Overviews and LLMs by focusing on "chunking" information, entity clarity, and high-quality structured data to secure brand citations.
  • Technical SEO 2.0: Audit site architecture for crawlability by AI agents, manage Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), and implement advanced schema markup.
  • Multimodal Optimization: Develop strategies for visual, voice, and video search, optimizing assets for platforms like Google Lens and YouTube to capture non-text-based real estate.
  • Content Design & E-E-A-T: Collaborate with content teams to create original, experience-driven stories that fulfil "Helpful Content" guidelines and provide unique insights that AI cannot replicate.
  • Data Storytelling: Use GA4 and Looker Studio to analyse "no-click" behaviour and messy attribution, translating complex SEO metrics into commercial ROI for stakeholders.
  • Automation & Workflow: Streamline SEO tasks using AI tools and Python scripts for keyword mapping, metadata creation, and technical health monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • AI Literacy: Requires proficiency in prompt engineering and an understanding of how machine learning models (e.g., Gemini, BERT) rank and cluster information.
  • Technical Proficiency: Requires deep knowledge of JavaScript SEO, server-side rendering (SSR), and API-driven architectures.
  • Analytics Mastery: Requires expert-level use of Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, and behavioural analysis tools like heatmaps.
  • Strategic & Agile Mindset: Requires the ability to run SEO sprints and pivot strategies quickly in response to frequent core algorithm updates.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a quantitative field is typically preferred.
  • Exp: 0-2 Years
