Role Overview

We are hiring a skilled SEO Team Lead with strong WordPress development expertise. This role involves managing SEO strategy, optimizing content, and developing WordPress websites to drive organic growth and improve site performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and lead a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives
• Conduct technical SEO audits, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Oversee WordPress website development, including custom theme and plugin modifications to improve performance, speed, and SEO alignment
• Monitor, measure, and report on SEO KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Collaborate with content and digital marketing teams to align SEO tactics with content strategy
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and digital marketing innovations
• Ensure compliance with SEO, accessibility, and performance best practices across all web assets

Requirements

• 3–5 years SEO experience with proven results
• Strong WordPress development skills
• Proficient in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Strong analytical and communication skills
